How to get help
For questions related to your account, your stable, or a specific issue in the system — log in to the app and open a support ticket from there. This gives us direct access to the right context so we can help you faster.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to app.equiduty.se, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
How do I invite members to my stable?
Log in → Settings → Members → "Invite member". Enter their email address and select a role — an invitation is sent automatically.
How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Log in → Settings → Subscription. From there you can change your plan or cancel. You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
The app isn't working on my phone — what do I do?
Restart the app and make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. EquiDuty requires iOS 16 or Android 9 and above. If the issue persists, contact us by email with a description of the problem and your device model.
How do I delete my account?
Log in → Settings → Data and privacy → "Delete account". Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
iOS-specific questions
How do I cancel my subscription via the App Store?
If you signed up via the App Store, open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select EquiDuty, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
How do I restore previous purchases?
Open the EquiDuty app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used at the time of purchase.
I'm not receiving push notifications — what do I do?
Check the following on your iPhone:
- Settings → Notifications → EquiDuty: "Allow Notifications" must be on.
- Settings → Focus: make sure EquiDuty isn't being blocked by a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb.
- In the app: Settings → Notifications — enable the notification types you want.
- Restart the app if you've only just enabled notifications for the first time.
Sign in with Apple isn't working
If Sign in with Apple fails: check that you're signed in to iCloud (Settings → [Your name]) and that your Apple ID is verified. If the issue persists, contact us at info@equiduty.se and we'll help you link your account to an email login instead.
