EquiDuty EquiDuty
Transparent transaction pricing

Only pay more when you earn more

Your EquiDuty subscription is fixed. When you collect payments or send invoices, a small transaction fee applies — capped each month so costs stay predictable.

Fees are only charged when payments are handled through EquiDuty

When you charge through EquiDuty, a small fee is added to automate payments, invoicing, and accounting workflows. If you do not use the flow, there is no extra charge.

Common questions

What is included in EquiDuty?

Your subscription includes the features in your plan. Transaction fees only apply when you collect payments through Stripe or send invoices through EquiDuty.

How does the transaction fee work?

Stripe charges its standard processing fee and EquiDuty adds 1% to cover the payment flow, automation, accounting sync, reminders, and support. The EquiDuty part is capped monthly.

Can I integrate with Fortnox or Visma?

Yes. Invoices and accounting data can be forwarded to connected bookkeeping systems as part of the same workflow.

Can external customers book through EquiDuty?

Yes. If you use the booking modules, outside customers can book and pay without separate tools.

Is there any lock-in period?

No. Paid plans start with a free trial, and you can scale up when your operation needs it.

How it works in detail

You will never pay more than a fixed monthly maximum in transaction fees — no matter how many payments you process or invoices you send. High-volume stables stay predictable.
